Stephen Harris
A Dubai-based Creative Director specialising in branding, identity systems, messaging and commercial creative strategy.
With 25+ years in the UAE, including 15 years at Leo Burnett as a Creative Director, his background combines traditional brand thinking with a modern understanding of digital behaviour, customer perception and communication strategy. Alongside his creative career, he recently completed an MSc in Digital Marketing at Edinburgh Business School.
Stephen works directly with businesses to help them look sharper, communicate more clearly and position themselves more effectively within increasingly competitive markets. His approach blends design, messaging and strategic thinking rather than treating branding as simply a visual exercise.
Projects range from full brand identities and repositioning through to content direction, customer profiling, competitor analysis and ongoing creative support.
Known for working quickly and collaboratively, Stephen prefers clear thinking over unnecessary complexity and believes the best branding should feel natural, confident and commercially effective.
